Abstract
Objective of the Current Research is to Measure Effectiveness of Blended Learning in Developing the Cognitive Achievement and Acquisition of Skills among Students of Third Year by Creating a Team using the Microsoft Teams Application that includes Knowledge and Skills of Course Content (Men’s Clothing Project), and it included The Research Sample consists of all Students, The Research followed the Semi-Experimental and Descriptive Method. The Experiment was done in First Term to Academic Year 2020/2021, and the Application took Thirteen Weeks on Average (A week online, two week face to face). And the Learning Effect remained, and the Results of Research also resulted in the Existence of a Statistically Significant Difference Between the Mean Scores of Students in the Test of all Cognitive Achievement and the Pre and Post Skills Performance in Favor of the Post-Study, also found a Statistically Significant Difference between the Mean Scores of the Students in the Test. the Positive Results clarified the Students' Views towards the Application of Blended Learning using Microsoft Teams Implementation of Study Course, and the Researcher recommend, the Need to establish the Concept of a Culture of Change, and convinced that it is a National demand to Keep up with the digital transformation and sustainable development in learning , online curriculum development and IT Recruitment in Learning Process, and Development of Methods of Teaching applied Courses in Universities and Technology Support it as Distance Learning to Face Potential Crises.
