Abstract
The denim industry hasn't get only a small amount of the textiles developments .As for the aesthetic aspect, it was taken over by the masses of consumers who, as usual, got bored of the same color and began to decorate it with their knowledge of sliding , tearing, patching, drawing and treating it chemically. Soon, some factories responded to these influences in line with the desires of young people, It became a lifestyle, including sometimes ugliness in appearance and violations of the traditions of some societies.
In this research, I change some of its specifications such as dispensing with dyeing, washing, stone scraping, enzymes, sandblasting and laser engraving, by implementing a number of designs that contain various aesthetic effects that suit most tastes in several ways, including two separate layers in some parts, Honeycomb, Huckaback weaves and extra wefts.
They was carried out with three basic textile structures for the background of this designs, which are the double cloth, cohesive of the two layers together and (twill 4/1, 3/1- sateen 4) for each layer .it was produced on jacquard weaving machines (60 threads / cm) , Some tests worked on it such as tensile strength, tear strength, thickness and weight. Which showed the quality of those fabrics, in addition to the innovative designs for decoration on jeans at the lowest cost and safer for workers in this field, and thus the possibility of competing with the new product with traditional jeans, especially in eastern societies.
