The Egyptian state is interested in the educational process, as it is considered one of the imperative necessities because it is the main pillar of progress; and in light of the national project to develop the education system in Egypt, teaching strategies have been changed and developed without taking into account the foundations and standards of interior design of the educational space, and the interior design of the educational space lacks many environmental, social and psychological influences in a way that does not achieve the philosophy and objectives of the new educational system in an integrated manner, and the problem of research arises Transforming knowledge into professional practice as one of the most important problems of design education. Constructivist theory is one of the best tools for building knowledge through practice, making it an effective entry point for solving this problem. The research aims to shed light on the impact of constructivist theory in the development of the student's design abilities, and the application of the effectiveness of its implementation in the educational environment of the faculties of design and the extent of the impact of constructivist theory on the student (interior designer). The research followed the analytical approach to the study of international universities and the impact of constructivist theory on interior design, and the importance of constructivist theory in designing the educational space and its impact on the student directly affected the production of creative and different ideas and designs.
