Abstract
Although people realize the importance of sports in their lives and their positive impact on building their personality from a social, health, psychological and mental perspective, experts from the World Health Organization have warned of the continued decline in physical activity of the population in various parts of the world and the lack of movement and lack of exercise, which portends major health risks. It appears that one of the most important reasons for this problem is the lack of regular exercise due to low enthusiasm, feeling bored, loss of motivation, and the lack of sufficient studies for the interior design of fitness halls that operate with advanced technology that positively affects raising the efficiency of the trainee’s sports performance.
Hence the role of the interior designer in designing fitness halls using a technique that relies on adding digital elements to the user’s reality by creating a virtual environment that surrounds him, interacts with his senses, and introduces him to an experience that appears realistic by deluding the trainee’s eye into the presence of three-dimensional figures being created in space. Internal training uses advanced techniques that help him experience multiple types of exercises, different methods of training, and a diverse sports routine of movements, which gives him the opportunity to learn about different training experiences and environments, which has a positive impact on raising the efficiency of his sports performance.
