Abstract
IOT technology plays an important role in supporting product design at the level of production, marketing and use, and then development research, and this research aims to shed light on how IOT technology as one of the tools of digital entrepreneurship contributes to achieving sustainability in product design and thus achieving sustainable entrepreneurship, especially at the stage of use, by analysing the features of using IOT technology in detail in the design of seven products inside the home, taking into account the factors affecting human interaction with IOT devices to ensure their use in a way that minimizes environmental impact, The result was the possibility of using IOT sensors in both : The first stage of production is through: automation of tasks (the use of technology to control a process or system without human intervention), which can reduce the amount of energy and resources used. The second stage of use is through: - Feedback where IOT devices can provide feedback to users on how their actions affect the environment to motivate them towards more sustainable behaviours. - Remote monitoring, which helps to identify problems early and intervene to solve them at a lower cost. - Schedule proactive maintenance tasks, which helps to extend the life of products and reduce the need for repairs The third stage of development research is through: collecting data on the problems encountered during the use of products to make adjustments and improvement in future designs.
