Abstract
The rapid development of technology increases the chances of using robots, and thus direct interaction occurs between the user and the robot, but the lack of technological experience among some users leads to a gap in this interaction, which leads to a state of frustration or panic among some users, so the industrial designer must have an understanding Comprehensive interaction between human and robot, studying the behavior of users and planning good interaction experiences and observing the reactions of users of different cultures and knowledge experiences in order to understand their requirements, so research in the interaction between human and robot has a significant impact on the entire design process, the research deals with clarifying the roles of the participants in the design process The robot, while highlighting the role of the industrial designer in designing public service robots, and this study emphasizes the need for cooperation between the different disciplines of engineering and design, which makes it a product on an industrial scale. Robotic products. The research aims to develop a methodology for designing robotic products in cooperation between the mechatronics engineer and the industrial designer. The research reached a set of results that the industrial designer has different roles in designing robots. And the needs of the user in favor of studying the aspects related to the robot, so cooperation between the engineering disciplines and the industrial designer must focus on studying the impact of the robot’s interaction with the user.
