Abstract
What the global economy in general and the Egyptian economy in particular is witnessing has created an urgent need for the various sectors, especially the industrial sector, to adopt different policies so that they are quick to adapt and keep pace with the requirements of global markets to meet their needs of products, which is consequently reflected in foreign exchange revenues. This requires companies operating in the industrial fields, including metal furniture manufacturers, to be familiar with the requirements of foreign markets in order to be able to compete and then increase their sales. At the same time, this requires the use of different design, production and marketing strategies. Where modern strategies aim to find methods that are compatible with local production and design capabilities and at the same time their ability to meet the requirements of foreign markets. Accordingly, the research proposes to integrate the reverse engineering method as a design and production strategy, through which the skills of analysis and extraction of the most accurate information from existing products are acquired and knowledge of all the details of the formal and technical product during the manufacturing stages.
