Abstract
The art of dress decoration is one of the most influential arts in giving most craft products the ability to attract attention
To achieve distinction by looking at things a new look and employing them in different decorative methods Which seemed to challenge capabilities Skilled craftsman and materials and materials used in the achievement of impressive artwork
Hence the idea of research came in an attempt to make use of the plastic canvas In decorating clothes that are suitable for serving small projects
the study aimed to employ canvas plastic in a new way as an alternative to the traditional ways to decorate clothing through a distinct group of decorative formations It has to use different types of yarns to give an aesthetic shape to the clothing piece, to which it is added, and at a minimal price, in addition to implementing various forms of trimmings and small alternative units for metal and wood units and using them In embroidery on clothing,
and based on that 17 clothing designs were implemented and judged
and the most important results of the research were the presence of differences Statistically significant among the opinions of specialists and consumers on the implemented products, as all products received high responses, which indicates that plastic canvas has a high potential that enables us to use it to decorate The implemented designs meet the aesthetic and economic needs of consumers and are suitable as small projects
