المستخلص

The stages of service design and delivery contain a large number of data, graphic forms, and user interfaces, as well as a number of direct interactions between the customer and the various touch points. This can be clearly seen in applications such as Uber, guidance systems, maps, and many others. With this continuous increase and upwards trend, it is becoming necessary to improve the stages of design and delivery of the various parts mentioned above using modern technology that is appropriate to the purpose of the service. In the context of this research, a scenario will be presented for using mixed reality technology in service design with all its various stages and its delivery. This means using mixed reality technology to develop user interfaces, touch points, personas, customer journeys, and user experiences. All the information mentioned above in the form of models and graphics will be merged into the real environment to create more powerful, enjoyable, and real-like experiences that users will feel immersed in. Each user will feel that the service provided along with all its graphic components is part of his/her physical world, where it was clarified how to develop the user experience in a comprehensive manner, as well as a proposed strategy was developed to support the stages of interactive service design using mixed reality technology, in order to achieve more immersion for the user during his use of the service that was designed with the support of mixed reality technology.
