Abstract
Beauty was always all over history time an issue that philosophers were a concern. Beauty was described in ancient times as the goodness, the idol, the virtue, and the absolute, while in modern times the term “Aesthetics” was coined as a study of sensory cognitions, and inferential and critical thinking. And since thinking is a physiological action practiced by the cerebral cortex, art appreciation can be described as a sequence of algorithms in which the physical data, imagination, feelings, and cognitive impairments are merged to generate different impressions and feelings. The article presents the concept of aesthetic algorithms as one of the promising theories that explain beauty from a Neuroinformatic perspective and interprets aesthetic phenomenon through its intersections with modern biological and computational sciences. The research hypothesis provides algorithmic aesthetics theory as an applicable simulation model for understanding the art appreciation phenomena. The research concluded that simulating the human mind and building a structural model which is capable of evaluating aesthetic phenomena relying on algorithmic models, is a hypothesis that fulfilled its theoretical construction, and even expanded it to show several attempts to apply.
