Abstract
Various activities are now shifting to remote transactions, and with this coincided with the emergence of the Corona pandemic and its repercussions of social distancing, in addition to the impact of digital transformation on daily life, the need increased to devise ways to deliver services and products to the customer remotely and push him to make the purchase decision himself without urgency. Therefore, technologies and programs designed specifically to provide the customer with information, the available capabilities and the different types of product to choose among them are interactive screens that provide him with the feature of choosing and ordering easily and in a satisfactory and enjoyable manner. These screens can be interactive display interfaces used in exhibitions, malls, or an application for mobile phones and others. The research presents the utilization of the capabilities of the Adobe XD program for the design of interactive interfaces, and its use to serve the customer by designing service screens, and linking their relationships to each other by defining the method and type of transition from one interface to another to choose product accessories, for example, and its colors without the need to serve customers and complete the purchase process with satisfaction and confidence for the safety of steps, which increases strength Purchasing for easy and fast selection. Adobe XD program can also provide a display of the possibility of changing some parts of the product, or its specifications by deleting or adding, and also can benefit from it to serve the distribution of units in space, for example, the customer can distribute pieces of furniture and lighting units in his room with ease using the interactive interface, and the outputs of the Adobe program can be linked XD uses other technologies such as 3D printing, and the customer orders the product as soon as he presses an immediate production order through these interactive interfaces. The research was a visualization of how to include interactive screens in many different topics in concept, application and output to enhance purchase orders and obtain the service or product in a way that satisfies the customer and makes him happy and improves his interaction and reactions towards the product or service.
