Abstract
The mobile restaurant has become one of the most widespread activities because it meets one of the human needs, which is food, in the fastest time and in the nearest place to it. Therefore, mobile restaurants are considered one of the most important architectural places in which the designer must follow all the design principles in order to achieve the aesthetic form and functional comfort for users/customers. Therefore The research dealt with the study of design standards and their impact on the development of mobile restaurants due to the scarcity of their studies and the need for standards in the form of results and recommendations that can be used and applied easily. One of the most important results of the research was the attention to the functional aspect of the restaurant and the application of standard standards and attention to movement corridors and ergonomic standards helps to facilitate work and movement For customers inside the restaurant, taking into account the criteria for choosing floors such as appearance, comfort, fire resistance and weight, in addition to the health standards and slip resistance.
