Abstract
Design thinking is a design approach that aims to solve problems. It has proven to be very useful in addressing complex, undefined or unknown problems, by understanding the human needs involved and reformulating the problem in a human-centred manner, and by coming up with many ideas in discussion and brainstorming sessions. And adopt a scientific approach in building and testing prototypes. It is believed that the product designer's understanding of the stages of design thinking will enable the designer to solve many complex problems that occur around us.
Design thinking is characterized by working to combine: sympathy with the circumstances of a problem, innovation in generating perceptions and logical solutions to it, and in analyzing and adapting solutions according to the circumstances of the problem. The philosophy of design thinking revolves around a deep interest in developing an understanding of the people for whom we design products or services, and it also helps us in asking questions, and in addressing undefined or unknown problems by reformulating the problem in human-centered ways, and creating many ideas in discussion sessions or Brainstorming and adopting a practical approach to get to prototypes and testing. Thus the concept of design thinking is formed around that in order to come up with innovative solutions, a person must adopt the mindset of the designer and address the problem from the perspective of the user at the same time.
