Abstract
Modern technologies have become an important path towards applying its methodology to all different disciplines, fields and industries And this is because these technologies have brought about many changes, especially in the field of design, The use of modern design techniques has become important for the designer in general and for the designer of the coin in particular because it gives the designer a broader horizon and more precise design methods that enable him to develop design formats of the coin with precise aesthetic and security details that are difficult to imitate. This is due to the importance of the field of design and production of coins as a design and production area with specific characteristics and criteria, Modern technologies help to develop this field artistically and technically through specialized design and productivity programs and use them initially from the design stages and through production stages by creating simulations of each stage of the design and manufacture of the currency model to come up with a finished product that achieves the highest design and productivity standards. The research includes how the application of modern techniques to coin design can be viewed and how they can benefit the designer in the design process of coin production.
