Abstract
International start-ups companies in the fields of entrepreneurship and innovation are strongly moving to use digital transformation technologies, artificial intelligence, the Internet of things, advanced robots, etc. from the fields in which information and communication technology (ICT) plays the largest and most important role. Also, the field of textile design and the fashion industry are important industrial fields in general. And by analyzing the direction of successful global start-ups in the fields of textile design and the fashion industry, we can know and analyze the strategies and modern technologies that used in these companies and how the use of digital transformation applications and its various technologies is the reason of the success and continuity of these companies, achieving market requirements and customer satisfaction and requirements, achieving environmental sustainability, reducing carbon emissions and reducing waste and defects in Industry. Maximize economic value, achieving a circular economy....etc. The research also proposes a model of the start-ups that is working in the field of textile design and the fashion industry. The research also presents a proposal for a model of start-up companies working in the field of textile design and the fashion industry, whose idea is based on the use of the latest trends in technologies 2023 and how to contribute to solving the problem of industry wastes and defects through the use of the entrepreneur's innovative thinking in solving the problems.
Hence the research problem can be summarized in an attempt to answer the following question: How to benefit from the digital transformation and the success stories in global startups to propose model for startup in the field of textile design and fashion through an analytical study to these global startups, to enhance and help in solving the problems of the Egyptian textile industry.
