Abstract
The process of compositing backgrounds in cinema and television has a major role in the artistic and emotional impact on the viewer, as well as its major impact in creating imagination in the cinematic image or television drama, and achieving an artistic and visual vision that may not be possible to achieve on the ground, whether due to the high production cost or the lack of realistic possibility. And it is logical to implement it. Therefore, it has been the custom for quite a few years to use chroma technology by film and television makers when they need to separate people depicted live on graphic backgrounds.
In 2016 AD, Industrial Light & Magic invented a technology called Stage Craft, which is a technology inspired by theater from the ground up. It was revived and developed to work in the film production system by installing a group of LED screens together to create a screen. A giant (LED) that is placed on the edge of the scene depicted in the background and displays graphic backgrounds through it. After years of development for this technology, it has gained many features that make it a strong competitor to chroma technology. Therefore, this new technology had to be studied to determine whether or not it is possible to work with it as an alternative to chroma technology.
