Abstract
The use of fashion art and design in the field of media, especially historical films, is one of the most important factors that contribute to the success of historical cinematic work, especially in the world cinema, which significantly affects any human level and anywhere. To the consumer based on a set of science, and the concerted efforts of scientists due to the economic importance and return on the public income of the state, where this research contributes to the role of catching up with the cultural competition in this area and highlights the importance of benefiting from modern science, and its leading role in the design of thousands of costumes Iam historical, scientific foundations of modern science and how they relate to the creative process in designing costumes of historical films. The research deals with the definition of historical films, in terms of content, stories, and how to address the scenario, as well as the importance of the role of fashion in them, and the extent of the impact of fashion on the success of the historical film. The research also deals with the usefulness of ergonomics, which is to provide the basic needs of man in his products through a scientific study of these needs and products and presents the objectives of ergonomics in the field of fashion design: - The capabilities of the consumer and obstacles to its use of the clothing product. For the performance of the product in terms of functionality, comfort and ease of use. Achieve the highest performance or functional efficiency. The problems that may face Ergonomics in order to achieve these goals are: - The motivations of the designer and self. The information available to the designer and the ergonomist. The obstacles of organization. Contradiction of the principles and beliefs prevailing in the society. Increased power and influence of the consumer. The research also shows the impact of ecological science in the process of designing human-friendly fashion from the sources of natural elements in the environment and suitable for historical films, where the designer is inspired by new design ideas to study what is around, and draws new things, and so-called innovative designs, so that they become real, realistic and tangible, for products with Functional and aesthetic qualities of characteristics of species of organisms as sources of its designs.
