Abstract
Virtual conferences, which are held entirely online, and hybrid conferences, which combine online and in-person participation, have become increasingly prevalent due to their ability to foster cross-cultural interaction and engagement. These conferences offer participants the flexibility to attend from anywhere in the world, a feature that has gained particular significance in recent years amidst global challenges such as conflicts, pandemics, and environmental concerns that can impede international travel and make it more appealing to use the technology to limit the human’s transportation form different destinations to another. To ensure that international conferences held in Egypt meet the highest quality standards and enable effective participation for attendees worldwide, it is crucial to investigate strategies for optimizing internet streaming quality. This paper delves into the critical elements of internet streaming for virtual and hybrid conferences, emphasizing the need for seamless interaction between virtual and in-person participants to achieve the conference's objectives successfully.
